I purchased my Groupon, what's next?

To redeem your Groupon, please schedule an appointment with our online system and include your Groupon number in your appointment note. This system will require a credit card on file, in order to secure the appointment. *Please note that your card will not be charged, but will be subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any packages, promotional coupons, or gift certificates.

What are the terms and conditions for using my Groupon?

Groupons are limited to 1 person, per year for new clients only or for clients who have been inactive for 12 months. While the Groupon will cover the full price of the respective service, gratuity is not included. Gratuity rates (15-20%) are based on the regular price for the service and are accepted via cash or credit card. Groupon must be used within your first visit to our spa. This promotion is valid only for the auction purchase and is not combinable with any other promotions or offers. All redeemable goods and services must be claimed by the Groupon purchaser and will require photo ID at the time of redemption. Groupons are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

It is necessary to have your groupon number and a valid photo ID to match the purchaser of the Groupon with the individual redeeming the Groupon offer.

What is the cancellation policy?

No-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. We understand that emergencies do happen and that you may need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance. We respectfully request that should you need to cancel your appointment that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer the time slot to another client. *If the cancellation is not made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and we are unable to fill the time slot for another client, a $25 fee will be charged to the original client. **Please be advised that any appointments with packages, promotional coupons, or gift certificates will be subject to forfeiture in the case of a non-show.

Is a credit card required to book the appointment?

Yes, this is a preset configuration of the system in order to log your profile with a valid payment method. The booking of an appointment require a credit card on file, despite not initiating any charge for the booking until services are provided at the scheduled appointment time.

How is tipping calculated for services purchased with a Groupon?

Tipping is based on the regular price of the service at a rate of 15%-20%.
