Booking Your Appointment
How can I book an appointment?Appointments can be booked online here: Book an Appointment Alternatively, appointments can also be scheduled by phone at 305-300-0812. *We ask that appointment requests not be made via e-mail as a timely response cannot be guaranteed from this method of contact.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?Because we do require 24 hour notice for any cancellations, it is recommended to book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Where can I find my appointment confirmation?After an appointment is booked, our system will send out a confirmation e-mail and text (if a cell phone number has been provided).
How early should I arrive for my appointment?We ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows us to afford the full reservation window to your selected service(s). *Late arrivals may cut into your reservation window.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?No-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. We understand that emergencies do happen and that you may need to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance. We respectfully request that should you need to cancel your appointment that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer the time slot to another client. *If the cancellation is not made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and we are unable to fill the time slot for another client, a $25 fee will be charged to the original client. **Please be advised that any appointments with packages, promotional coupons, or gift certificates will be subject to forfeiture in the case of a non-show.
Do you offer any discounts for regular clients?Promotions are subject to availability. Our monthly Memberships are available year round and are curated for clients interested in booking services regularly. All packages can be viewed here: Memberships
Where is parking available?Parking for our spa can be found at the front of the building. Should there be no available spaces, doubleparking is permitted. Simply advise our receptionist in order to receive a temporary parking pass which can be placed on your windshield. This parking pass indicate our suite number in the case that neighboring businesses need to reach us in case the car is blocking anyone who may need to leave. *Parking without requesting a parking pass would be done at your own risk and could subject your car to towing.
