How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online here: Book an Appointment
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Because we do require 24 hour notice for any cancellations, it is recommended to book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Where can I find my appointment confirmation?
After an appointment is booked, our system will send out a confirmation e-mail and text (if a cell phone number has been provided).
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows us to afford the full reservation window to your selected service(s).
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the popularity of our unique services, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly.
Do you offer any discounts for regular clients?

Where is parking available?
Parking for our spa can be found at the front of the building. Should there be no available spaces, doubleparking is permitted. Simply advise our receptionist in order to receive a temporary parking pass which can be placed on your windshield.
